After many years of working in healthcare, birth work was always at the heart of my passion. Birth Essentials came to life while supporting family and friends as a doula (Birth, Postpartum & Bereavement) along with work through the non-profit The Nest Foundation.

Vision: To see the whole woman become One Woman; making decisions with knowledge and power!

EXODUS 1: 20-21 God was good to the midwives. So the people increased in number and became very strong. Because the midwives feared God, he gave them families of their own.
