After many years of working in healthcare, birth work was always at the heart of my passion. Birth Essentials came to life while supporting family and friends as a doula (Birth, Postpartum & Bereavement) along with work through the non-profit The Nest Foundation.
Mission: To support and encourage every woman on her birthing journey to bring life forth.
Vision: To see the whole woman become One Woman; making decisions for herself with knowledge and power!

Meet the Midwife
Choosing a midwife is a deeply personal decision. It is about trust, alignment, and feeling truly safe and supported during one of the most sacred seasons of your life. My approach to care is rooted in faith, respect, and the belief that birth is a natural, powerful, and God-designed process.
I believe every woman carries wisdom within her body. My role is not to lead your birth, but to walk alongside you—offering guidance, evidence-informed care, and steady presence while honoring your choices, your voice, and your family’s values.
With years of experience supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I bring a holistic and compassionate approach to care. My background as a Traditional Midwife, doula, childbirth educator, lactation educator, and perinatal mental health–informed provider allows me to support you not only physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
I am deeply committed to creating a safe, nurturing space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I honor birth as sacred work and approach each family with humility, intention, and reverence for the life being welcomed.
